One of the things that's come up quite consistently across this and other projects that we've done involving flooding is how tailored the action plan information is in telling community members what to actually do in certain situations.

At the moment, on the platform, that is just static content across all of the community.

So w- no matter what community you're in, you're gonna get instructions on what to do at each alert level.

That's just the same.

It would be really nice to tailor that so if I'm a community member in Luton, for example, I know that I can go to X place if I'm experiencing flooding and get X help from X team.

That kind of information just isn't available yet, and I think it speaks to a broader discussion around warnings and alerts and wording that is used around flooding, where it's obviously is a particularly stressful time in people's lives.

So we've done a fair bit in that project.
