No, no, not at all.

Um, we, uh, we currently ferment mostly in, um, plastic because that's what we could afford.

We would like obviously to move to stainless steel in the fullness of time, but, um, anyway, needs must.

But, uh, the trick about cleaning, I find, is that if you start with a new IBC, it is delivered clean from the factory.

It smells a bit plasticky, but it is essentially clean.

An IBC is a-- they're commonly seen on farms and in sort of, um, logistics warehouses.
