So how do you know with technology what to add and what to take away? Like where are you drawing the line? If you're someone, what are you starting with? And what's the icing on the cake?

So starting would be the basics such as setting up your job management software.

So doing your scheduling, your invoicing, your quoting and all that kind of stuff.

Like I think that's just a full essential that everyone should be doing.

Moving forward on top of that, that's where I think when the business gets bigger and you start to get a bit of a rhythm and you've got some time up your sleeve, you could probably start building out some things like some automated actions in the background.

So A couple of things we've done, which I've mentioned before, is like, you know, one example is our handover documents.

It was just taking forever.
