your different things like that.
2:39
And while there was something interesting in the news, this new disease coming out of Wuhan, China, right? So I started studying and looking at this disease.
2:50
And it was interesting because I was hearing the propaganda, right? I'm hearing the propaganda.
2:54
And if you remember early 2020, we don't know what this is.
2:58
We don't know this.
2:59
We don't know that.
3:00
And then they keep incrementally increasing the fear porn.

I don't think that it's a single person that she answers to, but I also don't think that it's a random whore thing where it's whoever the highest bidder is.
20:31
ultimately, I mean, if you look at what's happening, there's a coordinated move to move towards Agenda 2030.
20:37
I mean, it's coordinated.
20:38
It's a huge, huge thing.
20:40
But when we look at Agenda 2030, Agenda 2030 isn't controlled by one person.
20:45
It's controlled by groups, right? So, you know, we talk about the conspiracy theory stuff, the Bilderbergs, and all these different sorts of things that they have.

29:09
Yeah.
29:10
And I mean, I'm speculating.
29:13
I don't know.
29:14
I mean, to me, I think that they probably said, well, you can do this and this and this, but you can't do this and this and this.

59 MINS LATER

80:02
What can we do as individuals to be a part of the solution in all these things?
28:11
Baker with, uh, questions.
28:14
Well, I, uh, I've actually been into health and fitness my whole adult life, but then COVID hit and my gym shut down, and my diet went to hell because I was running around the country suing everybody, and I got fat.
28:25
And I turned into COVID fat guy, which was a really, it was a terrible thing.
28:29
And a couple years in, you know, things start steadying in, and, uh, I decided I was gonna get my butt back in shape, and I did.
28:37
Uh, and in all honesty, I, I, you know, I'm, I'm g- always glad to be with Sean because, uh, it's been the inspiration for a lot ...
28:45
Diet wise, if I wanna get in shape, if I wanna lean down, I go carnivore.
28:49
It's what I've done every time, and it's worked every time.
31:24
What question do you have for the great Dr. Sean Baker?
54:43
Let's do that.
54:45
Well, we've got, uh, we've got, uh, really importantly, we have a cli- some climate liability suits against oil companies.
54:52
This is a really big deal, right? Uh, you got a couple, couple different groups that have tried to do this in the past, and right now you've got, uh, uh, Boulder County commissioners, uh, county commissioners from Boulder County that are suing, uh, Sunoco or Suncor Energy.
55:09
And they're suing them for climate change damages, because apparently there's a lot of climate change damages.
55:15
I'm not sure what they are, but there's, uh, apparently some of them.
55:18
And so, uh, this is an important suit, because one of the things that's happening here is that in this suit, uh, the, the question is, d- is there standing in this suit? Uh, can this suit move forward, right? And, uh, Boulder is, uh, they're using Colorado tort law, uh, to try and go after this, and they're using state law tort liability, which is really an important thing.
55:45
And the question is, does the Clean Air Act, uh, prov- s- uh, kind of prohibit this? Because the Clean Air Act regulates this, and that's federal, and they're saying so c- does, do, does a state tort law implicate, uh, or work for it to go after this when it's already regulated by the Clean Air Act? And I don't know what they're gonna do with this, but what I do know is this go, this hearkens back to the glyphosate case, which I did not like at all, uh, where, where they said, you know, you can't sue for glyphosate under state law anymore because it's regulated federally.
58:38
Right.
29:20
Yeah.
29:21
Right? And we've got to remember that the Constitution has to apply evenly across the board.
29:27
Now, it doesn't, and I know everybody listening's gonna say, "But Rems, it doesn't.
29:31
It's never fair.
29:32
The Democrats, the activist judges..." And I get that.
29:34
I mean, we've got Jason Fike's case, uh, that's going on, which is another story entirely, which is a case study in this, you know, where he was talking about viewpoint discrimination and the Section 230, and, you know, it got nowhere.
29:46
But n- then California sues over the same thing, and they get a win.
31:04
Yeah.
70:02
What's new in
70:03
the league around? Well, we've had a few different things and an additional update on something we already covered.
70:09
That's the Lindsey Clancy trial.
70:11
New things, Missouri congressional map.
70:15
I don't know if you guys saw this.
70:16
There's a dispute going on over there.
70:19
The Republicans redrew the map in Missouri, which every legislature does that every term.

7 MINS LATER

77:40
can you ever imagine our our forefathers when they created the Constitution and jury trial would ever dreamt that there would be a day that the morals of the country were so bad that it would end up like this because you don't trust anything that goes to a jury trial anymore.
64:23
What's new in legal realm?
64:25
Lots happening right now.
64:27
We had the White House ballroom case, right? Yeah.
64:30
The SCOTUS ruled in favor of Donald Trump being able to do what, well, frankly, what he ought to be able to do.
64:37
The guy's in charge of our defense.
64:39
The project wasn't actually about a ballroom.
64:41
It's a military program.
69:34
Do we have any idea what the holdup is on the hung Jersey jury? Is it debating whether it was, uh, she was mentally off or she did it, or I can't imagine why it would be hung.
47:36
I was just admiring that look on the Legal Report.
47:40
Looking sharp.
47:41
Well, hey, I am in Phoenix, Arizona.
47:44
I'm at my partner's location today, and they've given me an office to broadcast from.
47:51
My partner's at Halo Wellness.
47:53
And so you're seeing I'm in my good friend Dr. Sabatier's office.
47:58
He's a naturopath down in Scottsdale.
48:35
So what does that entail then? And what's next, do you think?
27:49
do.
27:50
Yeah.
27:51
Yeah.
27:51
Very much.
27:52
Well, here's the problem.
27:54
This this origin story ties in with the vaccines.
27:58
Now, I don't know if you saw this because it was bad.

14 MINS LATER

41:43
Who would take
43:23
Who would take this?
43:25
Well, I don't know.
43:26
But it's also interesting that just prior to this, they also reinstated the flu vaccine mandate for the U.S. Navy.
43:35
So new recruits and other people, you know, they're back to having to take the flu vaccine.
43:39
Now, here's the question.
43:41
Right now, this was only approved for 50-plus-year-olds.
43:44
But how long before they move it to everywhere else? Further, there's another big issue here, Wayne, that nobody's talking about.

9 MINS LATER

52:21
all know their bread is buttered by never saying a word of negativity about any drug or vaccine produced by big pharma so it was all about money and fear and intimidation and greed and it's sickening and it's the only issue i've ever seen where the media won't go near well two of them election fraud and the covid vaccine are the two issues in history the media refuses to ever talk about
37:08
Every single time people have gone to Israel with us to see the Bible, it's changed their walk with the Lord.
37:15
I'd imagine.
37:16
I mean, the thing about it is, is you look at Greece and you think about, you know, back in the days, you know, the Greek the Greek gods and all the false idols.
37:25
And, you know, this is kind of running the show.
37:27
And you've got you've got these apostles coming out in the name of Christ being crucified and hung.
37:32
And I mean, the torture and abuse for preaching the word.
37:36
But they did it anyways.
37:48
So what's on your radar in the legal world?
21:10
So Todd Blanch was Trump's attorney.
21:13
and is arguably still his attorney.
21:15
I don't know what the status of their relationship is, which means that he has a duty, a legal duty to protect Trump's interest.
21:25
He would be conflicted inherently over having anything to do with Epstein if he was DOJ, right? Because you've got a crime on one hand, and you have a duty to your client on the other.
21:36
Now, that doesn't necessarily mean that Donald Trump is in the Epstein files or not.
21:41
I mean, obviously his name's there, but we don't know what exactly he did or not.
21:45
I'm not getting into whether Trump was a child rapist or anything like that.

15 MINS LATER

36:50
Do you think we're even close to that kind of sentiment as Americans? Or are we just going to actually get further divided and more hostile and more degrading of the country?
25:47
Mm.
25:47
It's been proven in case after case to cause cancer.
25:50
It's a known carcinogen.
25:51
We know that, uh, Monsanto ghostwrote the paper that got this stuff approved.
25:56
I mean, over and over again, we've seen this.
25:59
But yet this administration issues an executive order to protect glyphosate, to...
26:07
And then goes to the Supreme Court and argues that glyphosate should be given what, what amounts to effective illegal immunity, uh, in the courts.

6 MINS LATER

31:57
Mm.
22:05
I think we have Tom Renz now.
22:13
All right, Tom, we got you.
22:14
We do, we do.
22:15
But you know what, Dave? The delay was almost a divine intervention because if we want to talk about anything legal today, it's Anthony Fauci.
22:23
I mean, everything's exploding.
22:27
I'm pleading the fifth to 111 times.
22:32
I mean, this is mind blowing and egregious.

7 MINS LATER

29:54
And the last closing, I know you can't do it in 40 seconds, Tom, but how does he get around taking the fifth if he's got a pardon?
34:54
So, yeah, that's what you want to talk about, some of the Supreme Court rulings?
35:00
I'll tell you, Dave, it's important.
35:03
The bracing ship case, we're all very disappointed in that.
35:06
And I'll tell you, Dave, one of the things that happened is there was a related case that was decided on a gun case in one of the appeals courts.
35:20
And I kind of would like to talk about some of these cases collectively, Dave, because it provides education for the public.
35:26
It's really an important thing to understand.
35:30
So the citizenship, the birthright citizenship case, which again, I didn't like, I would have liked to seen it go the other way.
38:57
Yeah, I think one of the Supreme Court justices, wasn't Kavanaugh basically in his dissent showed exactly how to fix it to Congress? Well,
10:11
This is a big threat for us.
10:13
That's tremendous.
10:14
I'll tell you right now that if people knew how much information is available about them, there would be riots in the streets tomorrow.
10:28
As an attorney, I have access to certain tools that aren't normally available to people.
10:33
And I only have access to a number of those tools.
10:36
I don't have all of them.
10:37
If you're a private investigator, you've got access to certain tools.

11 MINS LATER

22:04
And as you're pointing out, it's very quickly that the government can decide, hey, that person is an enemy of the state.
10:41
This is a big threat for us.
10:43
It's tremendous.
10:44
I'll tell you right now that if, if people knew how much information is available about them, they would h- there, there would be, uh, uh, riots in the streets tomorrow.
10:57
Uh, y- as an attorney, I have access to certain tools that, that aren't normally available to people, and I only have access to a number of those tools.
11:06
I don't have all of them, right? If you're a private investigator, you got access to certain tools.
11:10
If you're an attorney, you got access.
11:12
Um, but if you're the federal government, the amount of access you have is terrifying.

30 MINS LATER

41:10
Yeah.
15:11
once, right? Right.
15:12
And so that's what's happening right now.
15:16
It's kind of like, let me give you another great example that's very relevant to this.
15:21
So Texas and a bunch of other states are pushing the App Store Accountability Act and these different apps.
15:26
And we just saw the Kids Act in Congress.
15:29
All of these apps... are purportedly about keeping kids safe online.
15:33
Now, listen, no sane human being wants their kid looking at porn, right? I mean, it's very clear you don't want your kid looking at that stuff.

12 MINS LATER

27:25
I mean, it's unbelievable.
SeanHOST
35:50
Yep.
35:51
You know, those of us, and I'm not...
35:52
That's what I'm gonna call us, right? MAGA, true MAGA, the people who wanna make America great again, I would call us principled conservatives.
35:59
We're, we're standing on principle, right? We're not willing to bend the knee.
36:02
We're not willing to lie.
36:03
We're not will- I'm just, I'm just looking at the evidence, the same thing I did during COVID and anything else.
36:08
I don't care.

19 MINS LATER

SeanHOST
55:22
Mm-hmm.
SeanHOST
26:22
So again, what's the MAGA scorecard here?
26:25
Well, let me, let me tie it back, 'cause I think if we wanna talk about that, we have to understand, yeah, Israel as a nation is governed, you know, they're governed by Benjamin Netanyahu, to me is a nutbag, right? So I am, I'm not on the antisemitism boat.
26:39
I think that there's good people in every faith, every creed, every religion, but I think much like every other government, Israel's bad.
26:45
I mean, so let's look at Benjamin Netanyahu.
26:48
90% of his people were for COVID jabbed.
26:50
He forced vaxxed or, or coerced 90% of his people into getting that poison.
26:58
What, he didn't know there was a problem with it? The Mossad, given their abilities and their knowledge, they didn't know there was a problem with it? That's nonsense.

9 MINS LATER

SeanHOST
35:50
Yep.
28:44
Do we know where SCOTUS is on Election Day being Election Day? Isn't that supposed to come down any time?
28:51
It is, and we don't know where they're at yet.
28:53
You know, I mean, I'm hopeful in this case.
28:56
I really am.
28:57
I'm hopeful they'll come down in the right way on this.
29:00
I mean, there's no question that the federal government ought to be able to set the terms of federal elections, right? Now, there's some question about whether the states would have the rights to manage their own elections and what happens if they do it differently.
29:14
And essentially for federal elections, I think that it's safe to say that because the Commerce Clause, because there's so many different things, if the government wants to say our federal elections are one day period, I think they have the authority to do that.

69:02
Well, I mean, uh, yesterday we, we saw this Israeli intel guy come out and do an interview.
69:07
And, uh, yeah, yeah, I mean, you know this, Mike.
69:10
I mean, any- anything, anyone tied to the Mossad, that's all choreographed.
69:13
Everything is, is planned there.
69:15
And this guy comes out and he says, "You know, I don't know.

48 MINS LATER

117:14
Where do you think we are headed for the United States?
35:28
What are you doing about it? What can you prove?
35:31
Well, what we've got right now is the first lawsuit that's been filed in the series.
35:34
So I've partnered with a couple awesome attorneys, uh, Blake Horwitz, who's a civil rights attorney out of, uh, Chicago, and Nicole Pearson, who you might remember her name.
35:44
She was a warrior with me during COVID.
35:46
We did a lot of work on that.
35:48
And what we're doing is we're taking this down piece by piece.
35:51
The first lawsuit we filed was a whistleblower lawsuit.
38:23
Right.
