One area that needs to be bottomed out is how do you, as an investor, if you're looking for a return, get a return on a marine protected area? So there's, there's a number of different sort of theories being sort of bandied about like, um, well, fisheries s- will rebuild and spill over, and we can get a return on licensing, and very complicated, not always guaranteed, and also sometimes the scale of the MPAs, um, you know, have a massive impact on that.

Tom PickerellGUEST
So one opportunity would be to support studies into what are the investibility opportunities for a marine protected area.

Then that would actually give people much more clarity around that, and it's like, "Right, I can invest in this type of marine protected area, and the, my expected return is for this." For example, you could have a permitting system to allow people into the marine protected area, and that permit, you know, there's a license fee or a permit fee, and that brings some return on it.
