I think when we watch golf, let's talk about Rory, for example, today.

If you're the biggest Rory fan and you want to go see him, assuming you played in the Rocket here in Detroit, You buy your suite, you sit there, and you see Rory maybe one time a day, a couple shots a day.

If you go and watch him on TGL, you're watching him two straight hours, Rory McIlroy into your vein, seeing every shot, hearing him talk.

It's a great viewing experience, and I think that they're starting to figure everything out from that perspective.

What is the criteria for expansion, if you will? And we're so very happy to have a team coming to Detroit.

Uh, w- well, let's talk a little bit about, uh, how MotorCity Golf Club is directly involved with this year's American Cancer Society Detroit Select Golf Classic.

Yeah, well, we're really excited, MotorCity Golf Club kind of being the new professional sports team in, in town and, and kind of carrying the torch of, of golf with, you know, the departure of the Rocket Classic and, and, and LIV Golf.

And, you know, we, we really wanna make sure that this is a, a, a community that's represented in MotorCity Golf Club, uh, uh, broadly across, um, you know, how, how we can help kids with golf, whether it's First Tee or Midnight Golf.

And, and, you know, Cancer Society and, and everything, the work that they've done with, uh, the Detroit Select Golf Classic is, is A really important movement, uh, broadly.

And, you know, we're really excited to see how we can support with different auction items and experiences that folks can take place and, and part of as, as part of the, uh, the event.

H- how important is that type of relationship when you bring an event like this?

We're really excited to see how we can support with different auction items and experiences that folks can take place as part of the event.

How important is that type of relationship when you bring an event like this?

It's really important.

I think that's what it is, right? It's bringing and building the community together.

So how do we look at the multi-year factor when it comes to profitability of legumes?

Yeah, I think that's a good, very good point.

Um, yeah, 'cause we can easily look at one season and, and with legumes and it's, doesn't actually stack up that well.

But, uh, when we consider all the benefits that Tim's just mentioned, uh, along with some of the root disease benefits as well from being a non-host crop to some of those, um, soil-borne pathogens, um, it, they really do add up.

And some of them are not ultra visi- visible, uh, from year to year for farmers to see, but there's something that would be adding to the bottom line in those following, uh, crops after the legume.

But how about if it is weed control or actually if just making money off the crop itself is the most important part?

Yeah, that's right.

Yeah, I think, um, I think that's where we're, where the, uh, playing with the lentils is gonna be a good one for us in terms of, um, they, if we can get them right, uh, it's well known that they can be a really profitable legume.
