But, like, tell us about the people that you're working with now and, and how do some of these same problems, like, show up for them?

Well, yeah, great, great insight.

I think, um, there's a couple of ways that shows up.

Number one, when you first launch a business, right? You know, a lot of people listening in, they're, they're early into their business or they're thinking of launching a new business or maybe pivoting to a different business.

Um, the mista- the advice everyone gives is start with the exit in mind.

Start with the end, right? What's your plan? Are you gonna sell it? Are you gonna, you know, give it to your kids? Are you gonna, you know, l- empower your team to take over and run it? Like, what's your exit plan? Well, I've had 94 businesses.

Only the last three did I do that.

Mm-hmm.

So what are you seeing out there in the online space since you were last on the show when it comes to building a tribe? More difficult, the same, easier?

Well, way more difficult, I think, for a couple of reasons.

Number one, a lot of people think social media is how you build a tribe.

And you know this and I know this.

Social media is how you waste time and energy.

It's not a tribe building platform.
