Was it pushing on an open door? Did you meet lots of resistance? And particularly if you met lots of resistance, what were some of the strategies that you engaged to help overcome that sentiment?

Yeah, this is an interesting one for me because I started being part of one of my first jobs as working for Gensler.

It was quite new.

This would have been around 2000, I'm going to say 2007-ish.

working in a large practice like that, it was, it was really evident that, you know, production is key, right? At that time, you know, it was very, um, traditionally based CAD work and teams of people working on very large, complex projects.

Change comes in huge amount of effort to update everything that's in there.

And this emergence had been, um, obviously, uh, was starting to find its way into the industry press and people were talking about it.

What's the strategy around, again, without giving away anything commercially sensitive, what's the strategy around AI within multiplex? Are you leveraging it already? Are you planning to leverage it?
