So I'll start more on a general angle of it, and then Callum can go into the technical details.

So I think there's a bunch of reasons for it.

If you look at it, the oil and gas companies are more and more going to our service.

And I think that's partly because the easy fields run empty, so there is no other choice.

There is an ongoing demand for oil and gas.

We all know we want to transition to green energy, but for the time being, we will need still our oil and gas.

Tom, do you want to speak a little bit about training, quality control, quality culture?
