It's
19:04
the little things in life.
19:06
And I often think of just the metaphor of a roller coaster.
19:10
You know, and what I always recall is when, you know, there are these highs and there's the thrilling parts and then there are the lows, you know, and that happens in all of our lives and it happens throughout the day.
19:21
And what I always remind myself is when you're at the low part of the roller coaster, There's nowhere to go but up.
19:27
And I think, okay, I just need to reset and start over and allow myself the grace to not let that pressure, you know, kind of build on itself and to, you know, release that pressure and find a way.
19:40
And sometimes, you know, yeah, like after a stressful situation, I go out and go for a walk.

28:55
Do you feel like sometimes playing the guitar or playing any other music gets you also out of the apathy, or is that a separate situation?
5:26
... you're basically telling my story right now too, so [laughs] it's universal.
5:30
Yeah.
5:31
Yeah.
5:31
So I called my, my regular doctor is a friend of mine.
5:35
He lives a couple blocks away and he's a great guy, and he's a musician too.
5:39
And I call his office and I said, "I just really need to get in to see Dr. Todd as soon as possible." And they're like, "Well, he's, he's out on vacation or something, so you can go to the other doctor here." And I'm like, "Great.
5:50
I'll come in like tomorrow." And I, I came and I talked to her and, um, she's, she's, you know, I'm at the age where all the doctors are young- are younger than me.

7 MINS LATER

Yeah, I know.
