Tracy HughesHOST
So, Tom, let's start with what's happening with Ultra Rare Earth with your Brazil project.

Tom DrivasGUEST
And that's for the hard rock, the carbon titic part of the mineralization on the property.

Tom DrivasGUEST
Their plan is for the next couple of months to come up with another resource on the ionic clay part of the rare earth on the project.

Steve DarlingHOST
what we're working on right now is we're drilling our Alsace Lake project in northern Saskatchewan.

Tom DrivasGUEST
Because we get monazite on surface, chunks of monazite on surface, with over 85% monazite, which is highly unusual.

Tom DrivasGUEST
It's one of the highest grade occurrences, certainly in Canada, North America, and maybe perhaps in the world, too.

Steve DarlingHOST
It seems like the company's really set up for some growth as soon as we get all these projects together.

Uh, tell us about the Ultra, uh, project there and Appia's involvement, and, um, a little bit of history on how you got to Brazil and, uh, uh, why Brazil and, uh, all the, uh, new updates in Brazil.

Tom DrivasGUEST
Uh, Darren, about two or three years ago, about three years ago, I, I sensed that, uh, Brazil would be, uh, a very exciting place, a, a very good place to, uh, look for, um, uh, rare earths, especially ionic clay rare earths.

Tom DrivasGUEST
And, uh, at that time looked for some, uh, interesting projects down there, and I, um, uh, Appia, um, um, picked up a pro- uh, uh, uh, an opportunity, had found an opportunity there and we, uh, uh, did a deal with the, a, a Brazilian, uh, group, uh, uh, um, to earn 70% of a project down there.

Tom DrivasGUEST
Um, we spent, uh, the la- first year we spent about a million dollars, um, US, and we came up with our first resource, uh, 43-101 resource on the pro- on that project.

Tom DrivasGUEST
Um, and, uh, then, uh, the following year we did some more work and, and, uh, we, uh, advanced the project.

Tom DrivasGUEST
We came up with, uh, in addition to the, to the ionic clay pot- uh, uh, uh, rare earths there, we found out there is also hard rock, uh, rare earths u- underneath the ionic clay, uh, in terms of, uh, carbonatitic, uh, uh, rare earths.

Darren CudmoreHOST
Uh, we don't hear as much about that, but tell us about the Elliot Lake, uh, uranium and rare earth.
