Do you wish that was all your plant right now?
9:51
I could see a scenario on the horizon maybe a few years out where, yes, where I could absolutely see utilizing that full capacity.
10:02
But we're not at the 150 that we had set when we built it.
10:08
We're on a pathway there.
10:10
I mean, we're at 130 and change right now.
10:13
This year, it'll be about 140, 142, something like that.
10:16
And next year, it'll be 150.
12:21
Walk us through what this was like when this rolled out and trying to adapt the business to it.
6:10
What are you telling them about what they're, you know, what are you hearing from them and what are you telling them about?
6:15
First of all, we're here for our 2026 brand summit, a day and a half meeting with them, business meeting.
6:21
And before I get into the business objectives, really the focus on this was about coming out of all of the challenges of last year, all the things that I think is, you know, sort of the undertone of your question.
6:33
What are we going to do to succeed? How do we win in this market given the The uncertainties, the anxieties, and how people are feeling about things.
6:42
So part of this was about really re-energizing them, getting them on board with the direction that we're going.
6:49
And the feedback that we received, and this actually was the best attended Dior meeting we've had in 10 years.
6:55
So give you some indication of certainly their interest and their commitment to us, but also, you know, their desire, what's the plan as well, right? Coming out of it, this is the best I have felt about alignment with our dealer partners since I've had the four years I've had the job.
9:04
Talk us through what you've done so far or what's going to happen in the future.
2:43
What was that process like?
2:45
I mean, truthfully, it was a really quick process.
2:48
And so, you know, the committee to write the declaration that's formed on June 11th, they deliver the declaration on June 28th.
2:58
So it's Jefferson and the committee.
2:59
They have 17 days to create this iconic document.
3:02
And Jefferson himself said, as I'm drafting this document, I'm not trying to do anything creative.
3:08
I'm not trying to make up.
4:47
How did that shape the declaration?

But I want to start first off with your view about the state of the U.S. consumer right now and what your dealers are hearing about people when they're coming in to look for buying a new vehicle.
33:22
Sure.
33:23
Now, first of all, happy to have you here joining us.
33:25
Yeah, the state of the consumer and the state of the industry right now, I mean, there's a degree of uncertainty.
33:30
We hear from some of our dealer partners about consumers having a bit of anxiety in terms of making purchase decisions right now.
33:37
We see it a little bit in some of our shopping dynamics and some of our shopping data where, you know, what's happening in terms of industry volume.
33:45
But quite frankly, we are also seeing with some of our digital metrics where The overall shopping volume is still historically strong for us.
