But given all of that, do you see the role of finance and the finance function changing dramatically?

Yeah, I think there's no hiding from the macros.

And although I'm sure this wasn't deliberate, if we even connected up to the theme you were touching on earlier in terms of being more sort of avant-garde and experimental, things like this, I think, should absolutely become the norm.

People should be kind of pushing out the edges, trying to, um, to expand the asset class, et cetera.

And they were going to be there for these, these creative challenges in, in all of that.

So I think, yes, there's the macros in terms of finance.

Isn't so much management of the accounting so much as they are data managers going forwards, um, integration of AI, how the processing of data and, um, security of it flows through a structure of different, um, different tiers including you the manager the funds the portfolio um that aspect's been around for a little bit obviously that's suddenly gone into hyper mode recently yeah um but i think the the broader macros as well in terms of being able to help strategically align a business um it's definitely moved from being sort of stewards of the assets of a business to um how can finance be strategic partners in helping to tackle the horizon as it were? So yeah, I think I don't like the term back office.

We can get so focused in on deadline, what needs to be done, the pressure, the getting to the next stage, the scaling, the... it's really difficult to step back and just be like, hang on, are we actually enjoying this?
