Tom Atkins

First of all, we start with what we'll call our wraparound story, right? The story that's going to kind of wrap around all of these segments.

And we start in a suburban home, typical 80s dad, kind of, played by Tom Atkins, who's a Midnight Cinema Popcorn Bucket Award winner.

We talked about Tom Atkins in a couple of different movies.

So this guy's young son, Billy, is reading these awful horror comics that we've talked about.

And dad doesn't like that.

Sure.

So we cut and there is Tom Atkins.

He's in return of the living dead terminal island, the burbs and grim prairie tales.

But, um, there's a whole bunch of people like Tom, Bob, Neil, Randy, and Tim.

Those are other real names and they all had other roles.

They were like production assistants, photographers, gaffers.

Not that everybody here is crazy.

He just confidently says company town.

I got to hear Tom Atkins talk to people in his line.

And man, he is amazing to hear him talk to people.

Oh, so yes, I'm doing a really shitty job explaining it, even though it is actually pretty much like one of my favorite horror movies of all time.

But yeah, so Tom Atkins is in it also.

And, you know, he gets caught up in this.

It is really all over the place.

You got the Spooky Mash.

You got Tom Atkins.

Tom Atkins is great, man.

He's like a whore god when it comes to probably the conventions and shit.

So I truly think it's one of the best Halloween films, and I like it a lot.

But yeah, snakes mainly.

Meanwhile, Dr. Daniel Chalice, the goddamn sexual Tyrannosaurus that is Tom Atkins, wanders into the town to investigate, immediately cheats on his wife with a very young woman.

Yeah, well, this is not the first time that Tom Atkins has picked up a stray woman in a car for a road trip and then ended up, you know, canoodling with them, is it? Because he does that in The Fog with Jamie Lee Curtis as well.

He does.

Literally picks her up off the side of the road.

He does.

Do you think people who are attracted to him are just powerless against Tom Atkins and his moustache?

I think they cast it.
