Yeah, well, you've got to treat money like it really is what God intends it to be.

And it's one of the reasons Jesus talks so much about money is because nobody gets through life without having to think about wealth, possessions, things that they have that they can trade for things that they don't.

The danger that comes with wealth, and the Bible warns about this, Paul writes to Timothy, 1 Timothy 6, tells him to warn those who have riches in this world, is that we come to trust in them.

His problem was, as Jesus exposed whenever he recited some of the commandments to him, and the rich young ruler said, oh, I've done all these from the time I was a young person.

What is that sentence, and what's the general—what's the point of it?

Um, so I'll start with that question, and then also where did he come from?

Yeah.

Well, the devil is the arch nemesis, enemy of God, anti-God.

He hates God, hates God's people, hates anything that God is doing, which of course is everything in creation, providence, and salvation.

And so Jesus said that he comes to kill, steal, and destroy.

So that, he is pure evil, and we can't conceive of that because even the, the most evil characters that we have confronted in history or in our own experience, you know, Hitler was kind to his dogs, where there's no kindness in the devil.

I mean, he's pure evil.
