So tell me, what kind of soft skills do you think are necessary? I think they're hard to teach, but how do we as higher education institutions ensure that our students are getting that by the time they leave us?

Yeah, I think that employers are really looking for people who are going to be a good fit for their organization and their culture.

Like you, I spent a good part of my career in the corporate world on the private sector.

And I've been in the position of hiring hundreds and hundreds of people and the people who've worked out the most.

have not been the ones who have the strongest credentials or have the pedigree from a top institution.

I think what it really comes down to is do they really want to be in the organization that they're applying to be in? And will they raise the bar and make everyone else around them better? So, you know, take out whatever, you know, I used to work in finance.

I used to work in the tech world.

How do you think about AI? How do you use it? And what would you say to students who are nervous about it?
