Mm-hmm.
11:57
You know, and, and so it's much harder for high school guys to find opportunities.
12:01
I think it's hard because if ...
12:04
I, I kind of, um, equate it to the situation where in the NFL you've got the, you've got the draft and you've got free agency- And if you're always relying on free agency to improve your team, you're gonna be in trouble, 'cause you're gonna overpay for guys, you're patching holes.
12:17
So I think the long-term play, you've gotta be great in the draft, and then use the free, use free agency to fill specific needs.
12:24
And so to me, I see, ideally, some schools can't afford to do it like this, but ideally you'd have a similar, um, dynamic at, at the college level right now to where high school recruiting would be your draft.
12:37
So we, we've gotta hit a lot of the high school recruits, get great guys in the building, and then use the transfer portal to selectively target specific needs.
