And, um, but from your experience in, in St. Andrews has been through significant growth over the last four years, five years, what's your message to other CEOs or managers or boards of those types of organizations of what you need to focus on?

Community organisations are essential and there's rumours and thoughts and concerns that the smaller community organisations will have to phase out because they just can't remain viable.

I think there's a niche that those organisations will always be able to cope with and work within.

They have to do it smart, though.

They can't just do it business as usual, like they've done it 40 years ago or 20 years ago and expect it still to be working.
