Were you a calm hockey parent?

Yeah, you know what? Because I had gone through it before, it was my second time going through it, I was never, you know, psychotic.

I like to stand by myself at the rink and kinda watch, you know, watch the kids by myself, and there was always a couple parents that I would stand with.

But because I'd been through this, the boys are nine and a half years apart, so because I'd been through this once before, you, you realize that whatever's gonna happen is gonna happen.

And certain decisions you make, like, your first time through, you kinda think, "Well, you know, well, we better do spring hockey, and we better do power skating, and we better..." And you- You know what? I give parents the benefit of the doubt because most times it's from the heart.

Most times it's, well, if they're doing it, you know, it's no different.
