So when you were crafting your ideal fee schedule, what were some of the things that you were considering or what went into, or how did you come up with those numbers?

Todd LesterGUEST
Well, one of the things I think I started with was during my fourth quarter surge from 2025, I really created a spreadsheet to say, okay, is this client paying too little and what should we move them to? And I had identified probably $100,000 to $150,000 of revenue that we weren't charging for that we should.

Todd LesterGUEST
And I looked at that and I considered sending a letter to everybody, letting them know the fee schedule.
