I'd say on the TI side, speaking on that side only, it was really across the board.

We didn't see one group lagging behind another.

Pretty thick candles of light in the warehouse at 28 clear versus... 36, it is a lot different number.

Mike, and I don't know how sometimes it's confusing on our end as far as how you calculate your square foot price for the build out.

But what does affect a lot of our numbers is when we're going into a brand new building, where the utilities are placed, how far they're bringing the water line into the building.
