And, um, you know, the answer was like that, "Yes, I can, and I will do whatever I can to help the, the mortgage and broker world." Welcome all the NAMB brokers, and, uh, good to have you guys on.

It's s- exciting to see the, the relationship that Weekly Roadmap is forming with, uh, the broker community and our retail.

I mean, it's all about the same thing, right? Serving people.

It is.

So I, um, I just wanna clarify, Brian's the first guy that wr- when I raised my fee in 1992, Brian was the first guy that wrote me a $10,000 check for a speech.

Yeah.

... let's g- let's go ahead and add up your numbers for this one.

And I can't tell you the number of high end builders and realtors and financial advisors I got in front of because I used your book to get in the door.

The old days, and I say that lovingly because when I began, it was 1980 and interest rates were the worst they'd ever been and everybody thought the sky was falling.

One of the great gifts my grandmother gave me was the gift of perspective and positivity that if the world is thinking everything's going to hell in a handbasket and you kind of move through town bringing ideas of hope and the fact that it doesn't really matter what the market's doing.

It matters how good you are in whatever market you're in.

She taught me that whole positivity thought.

And the interesting thing was that she reminded me that giving always works better than taking.

And so what I started doing, and this is, I don't even think we had a fax machine yet, Chris.
