So what do we have to do differently? So if your expertise is in visual and you can understand why we're all addicted to this, mostly because of the stories that are being told visually, so that's what's getting our attention, and yet we're feeling disconnected from the human element, what do you recommend?

Yeah, I mean, even that expression when you say to someone, I see you.

It makes you feel valued.

I always talk about three Vs, visibility, voice, and value.

Visibility is about are you seen and how are you seen? Voice is about are you heard and how are you heard? And value is about you making a contribution and do you feel recognized for that contribution? That's what we all hunger for.

We want to be seen.
