I turn my life over to God to make sure God, you know, I wake up each morning, I read the Bible, I reflect on God, I thank God, I realize that God is in control and I'm not.

And he opens and closes doors and I just have to figure out which door he wants open or why he's closing some.

And then third, you know, Josh has mentioned it and Darren, I share it with you each morning, but I've worked out probably about 425 straight days.

And whether it's running in 105 degree heat in the morning of San Antonio, Hot Works, which is the new jam, and Josh Tovar's been rocking that, thought of him the other morning as I was at Hot Works, or hitting the gym.

And it's just been one of those things that if I can put myself first, and it's cliche, but you can't give from an empty tank.

If I'm good, if I'm good with God and I'm good with my family, I can do anything.
