That's a great question.

We're going to have to go to my essay, Prototyping Social Forms of Care, to answer that.

In that, I talk about four different kinds of social forms.

And practice versus protocol is like one of the big things that that came up.

So in that essay, I called practice an embodied way of being that evolves through transmission and personal exploration within a community.

So you could think of a meditation practice or you could think of golf or something like that.

Sure, but I'd be curious, do you think those beliefs are true? Do you think that's a cult? Do you think that's a frame? Or do you think those are just early adopters who realize the reality?
