[laughs] Um, so I think to start with, it was just a full understanding of where Emblem was financially, culturally, who we had on staff, who wanted to join this journey we're about to embark on.

Um, and that took a lot of effort to begin with.

I mean, it really did.

And, uh, we made some mistakes in that first year.
