I think what we've
12:23
observed so far, we, I like to do a one-to-one outreach.
12:29
do some research on the company and then write to them like we're talking, not in a canned way, but in a conversational way and really try to...
12:39
Selling is...
12:41
No one likes to be sold.
12:43
But where you can find someone who has a real problem that you can help them solve, then that is really not hard.

9 MINS LATER

21:45
So when you're about a year in, so what's top of mind for you for the rest of the year? What is just kind of not nagging, but just something that you're always thinking about at this stage of the business?
1:05
So please could you tell us how you first met and started working together? What was it that sparked your interest in one another's perspectives?
1:13
Yeah.
1:14
It was during the initial training that we were having for taking part in the YPIP panel.
1:21
I'd already been quite interested in work package 2A, good work.
1:27
As somebody who's quite disabled and employs their own PAs, I also have found over the years that I employ a lot of either disabled people or often single working mums, and they need quite a lot of support themselves, either in reasonable adjustments or flexibility.
1:48
And I've been quite focused on trying to provide that in the, the small amount of employment that I provide.
1:55
And we had a very interesting mutual understanding of this because of some of the things in, in Rich's personal life.
7:03
And obviously what I've been working since, the team's been working since with TJ to develop that particular part of the research.
