Just as a for instance, our, the dock that we're currently putting in, um, I've told people building a dock is expensive.

Building a dock on an island two and a half miles out is very expensive.

[laughs] Um, and so we have to have aggressive capital campaigns.

Uh, we were very fortunate in this latest round, uh, to have a, uh, a, a major challenge put for us where we had a dollar for dollar match, and, uh, I would have to say that dock would not be possible without that generous donation.

Uh, we're now in the process of trying to raise funds for the windows, and, um, we did, we applied for a grant last year.
