Absolutely.

Um, so the, the first object I chose, and it was intentional, was the mirror.

Um, because how often have we looked at a friend, a loved one, uh, and said, "I really wish you could see yourself the way I see you"? Um, and when we're in our dark times, a lot of times when we look at that mirror, we, we see a snippet in time.

We don't see our full biography.

Um, and that's kind of how I started off to kind of level set everyone of let, let's take a pause and look at ourselves.

Um, and, and then as we progress through the book, uh, you know, the, the f- one of them, of course, um, is a, a river.

Can you share that with us?

Let's talk about that.

So I had the pleasure in my government contracting day to run a government contract called Survivor Outreach Services, which was a 20-plus person contract that helped National Guard Gold Star families navigate the red tape of when their significant other passed away.

And not only did it help navigate the red tape, you know, benefits, et cetera.

One of the other things we did is we used to put, we put Gold Star families there at Churchill Downs for a day at the races.

We put about a hundred family members on riverboats in Kentucky and West Virginia.

We did all these small community events to bring people Gold Star families together.

And one thing I noticed is when you got them together, you had a conversation.
