Yeah, so an example of that would be like, this is just a broad example, like maybe one parent works a lot and is not at home at all.
12:23
Absolutely.
12:24
And it has to be a sort of consistent pattern, you know.
12:27
Single events, you know, I guess, are not what we're talking about here.
12:31
It's about, I guess...
12:32
As a young person, a child experiences inconsistency in the care and what is care? Well, it's sort of attunement, it's sort of love, it's cuddles, it's eye contact, it's sort of being the parent lighting up and obviously the opposite of those things, which can sometimes be, you know, I guess.
12:51
indifference, lack of care, you know, the lack of attunement and all the rest of it, the child starts to sort of understand and conceptualise, well, how come this is my experience? And they don't do that in terms of like, they don't consider that sort of cognitively because children are children, but they feel it deeply.

How do you find the deeper wounds being like, obviously it's through a quiz of questions, but can it a lot of the time be multiple things that make the big wound or is it sometimes, can it be literally just one situation that makes it?
