so so how did because you worked together for eight years then you stayed at home right and then and then she went back to and then you went to school with you know working at this at the library at the school and then so how did you start this business and now you've worked together for 16 years additionally beyond that that initially

right well we started our consulting business well when i was chief technical officer for x alloy i just you know it was time to move on from there and we decided you know that we were going to start our own consulting because I first consulted like in 99 and 2000, because I was at Spirex.

And I went in one day and I told him, you know, I'm giving my resignation.

And the owner's son was like, where are you going with our competitors? I said, no, I want to consult.

And it always been, you know, a dream to be.

I grew up in a family owned business.

So I knew what it was like to be, you know, have that freedom of being your own boss.
