What's the most important part of the agent process that you would say homeowners should understand even if they don't even hire an agent?

Tim StreetGUEST
Man, I'll tell you, one of the ones that really gets me, it's when agents do something called buying the listing.

Tim StreetGUEST
Now, buying the listing is when you say you want to sell your home and you interview three different agents.

Tim StreetGUEST
Two of them come in and they say, your home is probably going to sell for around, let's call it 500,000.

Tim StreetGUEST
And one guy comes in though, one guy comes in and he says, I can get you $600,000 from this house because I have 20,000 Instagram followers.

Tim StreetGUEST
And therefore, I'm going to be able to get this done for you at a much better rate.

And what's important here to remember is this isn't about cutting a real estate agent out of the deal because they don't bring value to the table.

Tim StreetGUEST
And the ones that do quote unquote succeed, they actually tend to sell less than their agent represented competition.
