um but do you think people are going to be drinking then and how does i guess heaps normal kind of fit in that world of it's not you don't have the context of beer to have a non-alcoholic beer
8:25
yeah i think that i mean who knows what kind of crazy um drugs and like functional ingredients and nootropics and like you know synthetic stuff is going to be around 100 years from now i think That like where I see things heading is this idea of like dosing.
8:45
So, you know, you, you choose your adventure and based on that, on where you want to get to, you choose the dose and the combination of things that you want to take.
8:53
So yeah, Alcohol is obviously, maybe aside from coffee, the most prevalent drug and mind shifter, mood shifter in the world right now.
9:03
But I think there are a lot more people experimenting with weed and with other drugs more casually, like, you know, mushrooms, MDMA, et cetera.
9:13
I think what we'll see over the next little while is that that will become even more prevalent and that people will kind of mix and match the things they want to put in their body to dose themselves to wherever they want to get to.
9:25
So I feel that that is going to be something that kind of just gets more and more prevalent over the next little while.

So I guess I'd love to hear more about that journey, you know, how you've ended up where you are and what you've taken probably from each of those chapters that's helped you, you know, in your current role.
4:46
So yeah, started my career at CommBank almost 20 years ago, uh, actually in HR.
4:51
Um, so I was a HR grad there and spent, I don't know, nine months in that, in the HR graduate program and did a whole bunch of different jobs within that part of the business.
5:00
And then as part of that program you get to do three months in another department and, um, I majored in management and marketing, so I was like, "I'll give marketing a crack for a few months." And so they put me in the brand team at CommBank just as they were going through the CANN brand relaunch, which is, which is crazy to think is almost 20 years ago now.
5:16
But I just loved it straightaway.
5:18
Like, I loved the, the work, I loved the people, I loved the, you know, the, the ability to have a kind of creative outlet at work as well, the, the data-driven scientific side of marketing.
5:30
And so spent four or five years at CommBank in various, various roles within the, within the marketing and brand team.

I guess, is that an important part and, and sort of what's been the unraveling of that?
