How was it in there this afternoon in comparison to

others? Both my tests I've really enjoyed.

This being you, I do really enjoy early and I love it when the horses are nice and relaxed and rideable.

And that's not always the case throughout the year and certainly hasn't been in recent times with those pesky world games and things like that um but this this time with the falco today he was in a way that i could ride him and you know he was available to do things but he wasn't on edge it was just there for the taking but i didn't manage to execute every single thing like you guys were saying the clear round was what it came down to and i was aware of that actually before going in um a mistake free test is what that's gonna gonna do well do you see see you right so It's just a shame there's a couple of little mistakes in the can to work, but he was really, really fun to ride.

It's just nice to go into an atmosphere like that.

It's a very appreciating atmosphere.

And I can't say enough about how much I enjoy riding this little horse.

All right, explain that.

So there's some good history here.

And again, correct me if I'm wrong, anybody out there.

But The Knitters started as a side project, and the members of X were asked to play a benefit show.

And for whatever reason, Billy Zoom opted out of it.

And so they needed a guitar player for this gig.

And their old friend Dave Alvin from the Blasters said, I'll step up.

You've got like five shows in you.

That all plays a part in what we're speaking about is someone's overall well-being in their home, the feeling that they get.

Where it goes to in many ways, I mean, I think materiality is a big part of it as much as the ease of sort of as you walk in.

And they sound like obvious design responses, but it's almost like walking through the home in your, I guess, in your mind or in a virtual sense.

And I'm walking with a shopping and where does my... keys go i know my phone sits there i know my shopping sits there i know the pathways to the various key points in the home are all sort of thought through and a lot of that's about ergonomics and good design principles about you know whether it's through your joinery or robes your other things like they all feed in as you've mentioned before into lots of decisions around function and less focus on i guess how shiny the chandelier is or how so and livability i think ultimately comes from how enjoyable it is to be in that space.

And, you know, one thing, we do a little bit of work in New South Wales as well and as Victoria.

And I think the first time we went to New South Wales, the whole concept of cross ventilation drove me insane because it actually reduced efficiency in these floor plates.

We can't jam as much.

So Tim, when buyers walk into a sales suite in 2026, what are the unspoken questions that you think they're asking?

Without getting too much into the details of the episode, but the fact that she, like, the, "Oh my gosh, you're leaving your mother" thing feels like a big reversal from her previous portrayals, because she's usually the one who's, like, encouraging him to go out and have his own life while she has her own life.

That's been a, a big point of many episodes that she's been in.

So it's weird for her to pull that here.

It's not outrageous, but it, it's weird.

And just I think a whole episode that's primarily fa- you know, her, she's...
