For example, the financial sector really wanted, you know, to move forward.

They'd already started moving forward, but they couldn't find enough people who could help, who were knowledgeable about the tools and everything to help them.

Manufacturing, on the other hand, maybe was a little bit behind, but had, you know, the management had the desire to move forward with this, but again, they didn't have the people who could, could step in and help them.

And so that's how workforce readiness and, uh, getting AI-ready graduates stepped in.

Well, if you're gonna have workforce readiness and AI-ready graduates, you need to have faculty and teachers who can deliver that training.

So that's kind of where I've been focusing, uh, as an educator over the last couple of years, is, is really starting to get, uh, the education system thinking about the literacy and responsibil- responsible use of AI, so then they can start going, "Okay, how can I integrate this into the classroom in a responsible way, ethical way? What's the right time to use it in a classroom? What's not the right time to use it in a classroom?" And then looking at how we can, uh, start to teach students not just to use AI in a classroom, but about AI themselves, so they can be responsible and ethical users of it
