Obviously, I know your story, but for the listeners out there, how did Burnt Barbecue kind of get started? What made you want to get in there in the first place?

I actually worked for a friend of mine that I went to school with, and he opened a food truck back in 2016.

And we ran that.

He opened two different stores.

And right before he was getting ready to open the one store, his brick and mortar store, a local food hall here in Plano said, Hey, we want you to move in to a legacy hall.

So he said, of course he said yes.
