But I think there was, um, things happen in their own organic way, and I think that was, um, I, I do, I do think people- Get ahead of themselves, whether it's, you know, and that's a little bit of that Food Network kind of culture, chef culture, kids graduating culinary school, and they're like, "Okay, I'm ready to be an executive chef and make 200 grand a year." And, you know, they don't wanna necessarily pay their dues and, and kind of start where you need to start.

And I, I guess that's kind of along those lines too, that it's like you really want to, um...

Things happen at a pace, and I think it's okay.

You don't, you don't wanna force the pace, you don't wanna take jobs that you're not ready for.

It's okay to scoop sorbet for six months.
