But before we dive into some questions about volunteers and leading teams, why don't you give our listeners a little bit about who you are and what you're currently doing?

You bet.

So Lauren, um, I'll give you the quick snapshot life story.

Born and raised i- in Tasmania, Australia.

Uh, w- worked in the, uh, music industry as well as ministry for nearly 10 years in Sydney before moving to, uh, to the Denver area in the early 2000s to join an exec team and, uh, build a worship ministry at a church.

Uh, this is where I still live and am based.

Um, actually, I love being on the Kids Ministry Circle podcast because for a short moment on that executive team, I had the, uh, kids ministry reporting into me, and I had two amazing kids directors, and loved that little season of ministry.

Yeah.

that it could be a blind spot for some leaders is just the self-awareness of their team.

Yeah.

Yeah.

And like I said earlier, Bill, that it's, it's important that we show up self-aware and there's so many tools now for self-awareness.

I mean, you can be a color, you can be a number, you can be some kind of animal, you can be, you know, all the, all the, all the personality profiling.

And that is fantastic.

But I think where this falls apart, Bill, because most leaders have done these profiles.
