Mm-hmm.
8:28
And I think what we have learned with the development of the Razorback Regional Greenway is that it also has a transportation component to it to really offer transportation choice, uh, to the region.
8:43
And so I guess to expand on your question a little, people are amazed that that $15 million federal grant, along with the matching funds through the foundation, that in 2015, from 2010 to 2015, there were nine federal projects, federal aid projects to connect the cities together, along with some other projects in Fayetteville and Bentonville.
9:07
But that was done in five years.
9:09
It's, it's incredible taking the existing pieces and tying them together, connecting them.
9:14
But what I think was really surprising, at least to me, was all of a sudden we had a 37-mile trail.

8 MINS LATER

17:19
Mm-hmm
17:20
... uh, connecting seven cities, which was a major accomplishment.
14:20
And
14:20
those are for people who live in a household with an income less or equal to 200% of the federal poverty level are eligible for that $1,200 voucher.
14:31
The vouchers can be redeemed at participating retailers in person, and the bikes must be fully assembled.
14:37
We want to make sure that the bikes that are being purchased with the point-of-sale voucher are from actual bike shops that can... actually put the bikes together and make sure they're working properly.
