I don't believe you were on a staff that season, but then going to TCU in 2021, how did that opportunity come about? What made you want to make the leap to FBS football at that time?

Well, I got fired at Pittsburgh state.

You know, we had a, we had a tough year my last year.

I mean, we, um, we lost what we thought was going to be our starting quarterback in the spring.

And, uh, so we had to make some, some last minute moves.

Um, you know, we started out the year five and O and we were rolling pretty good.

And then we got beat by Northwest Missouri.

How did you get that buy-in from the staff, the players? Obviously, I'm sure it helps to have Diego come with you, but how do you get the buy-in to say, we can go beat Alabama?
