Um, we are so eager to get people to start the work and start delivering that we skip over the impartant piece, important pieces of onboarding, which include helping them understand why your organization exists and what their role in your organization is and how they're going to help move the mission forward, and that's for nonprofit and for-profit organizations.

"Yes, Tasha is doing these things"? Now, if you have basic things on your job description like open the mail, um, sweep the floor, things like that, that don't necessarily move the mission s- you know, unless the person is a, is a, um, housekeeper or janitor, um, then those are not things that are gonna move the mission.
