So to begin our discussion about you and your career, can you provide a brief overview of your career and your journey to becoming a partner at a fairly young age? Yeah.

At the end of the day, I did take a very traditional route.

I grew up in Edmonton, grew up in St. Albert, and kind of thought I was going to go towards science one way.

And my parents definitely thought I was going to go into business and everything like that.

And I had to apply in secret and everything like that because I didn't want my parents to think that they knew me better than I knew myself.

But joke's on me.

I really fell in love with it.
