So you have a salesperson who just takes the basic inventory, quotes it, the movers go there, they see a lot of more stuff, obviously, then encounter problems, escalations, and everything falls down, basically like domino effect.

Starting from sales, who is like initial contact with the customer, throughout dispatch, coordinating this with the movers, up until the end of customer service and the department, they all have to work as a team.
