And I know you're in marketing, so I assume to some extent you help clients figure out their own pricing.
14:00
So my answer to almost everything is almost always it depends.
14:03
And so it depends on who you're going for, who you're targeting, what your market is, and where you're positioning yourself, and if that's the right position for your client base.
14:16
Um, as an example, if you were l- if your store, if you have a store in the slums of whatever neighborhood is in, in your city and you want to open up a high-end restaurant, you know, you're gonna price yourself out of that neighborhood, and so people aren't gonna come.
14:44
Uh, so but [sighs] there's different, there's different ways to frame it.
14:50
So if you're going to be a low-margin, if you're gonna be a low-margin, uh, supplier, then you need to be a volume supplier because you need to make that, make, make it up, um, make it up somehow, right? Um, if you're even talking about realtors, uh, in Toronto at least, the average is 2.5% for the s- selling a- agent and 2.5% for the buying agent.
15:22
Well, some agents are selling and listing their, listing properties at $500 per property.
