So how did you get into the education world to begin with and what led you down that path?

Well, I think it was nature and nurture working against me.

Three of my siblings had an education.

My mother was an English teacher.

My grandmother was an art teacher.

Everybody went to Marquette University, believe it or not.

I mean, all the way through my grandmother, you know? Wow.

Is that becoming more of a norm or is that...
