During that interview, he told us how she, uh, and, uh, uh, he had become the subjects of death threats as a result of all the publicity surrounding the case.
28:29
Well, unfortunately, things have gotten, taken a very dark turn.
28:34
Um, recently there have been threats on her life, threats on her family's life.
28:41
I just this afternoon had a, a, one of these cowards call me in my office and make threats on my life, and it's, it's really surprising to me.
28:50
But unfortunately, there are some commentators, a very small minority, who are whipping up this sentiment, and now it's getting dangerous.
28:57
And now I'm very concerned.
3:31
Who is Jane Doe suing?
3:34
Well, she's suing a, a multitude of people 'cause there were a multitude of failures.
3:38
And I'll start at the very beginning.
3:40
Um, she was a member of a sorority, uh, the, the night of the assault.
3:44
And remember, it took over, you know, the, the one night and then it went into the early morning hours of the next day.
3:49
But she was grossly intoxicated.
3:52
The testimony's been she was drinking out of a bottle of vodka, she was underage.
6:58
What do you say to that?
28:24
How is the woman you're representing? What does she make of the headlines her, her case is making?
28:29
Well, unfortunately, things have gotten, taken a very dark turn.
28:34
Um, recently there have been threats on her life, threats on her family's life.
28:40

28:57
And now I'm very concerned.
28:59
Before it was a court case.
30:20
How do you respond to that?
14:52
What do the men say on the recordings, and do you or your client still have them?
14:58
We have some of them, and I think we had apologies in various emails.
15:03
The typical after somebody has harmed somebody else, they're saying, oh, I'm sorry it got out of control, things of that nature.
15:12
Yeah, a lot wasn't looked into by the district attorney's office, and now a new set of eyes is looking at it with the whole team.
15:18
I mean, candidly, I don't think Tish James is doing the legwork of doing the investigation.
15:23
She's bringing in a lot of people who are experienced investigators prosecutors and investigators to look into these things, and they'll get everything.
15:29
And finally, we'll know what was done, what was said.
17:59
Do you know if there are other photos or even videos from that night that exist?
