Filin, I'm the owner and proprietor of the French Table and the chef also.

We also have two shops in Limerick and one in Dublin, a pastry shop called La Patisserie.

the summer has been great we've been delighted best summer ever especially looking at the weather with that kind of weather we probably be just as good as closing because people from limerick are going away but this year we had a great pickup um definitely a lot more american but the locals were there and we can only say that the the beach on steamboat key was a great help saying that the beach, people using the beach on the day were coming to the restaurant.

No, that didn't happen, but it definitely gave a great sense of visibility for us that we didn't have before.

In general, we thought, we felt like that steamboat key looked incredible.

It was clean, there was flowers.
