And also what's really changed for us, it's two things.

The first thing is what we are able to solve.

So now in terms of supply chain and scheduling, you know, it's tough mathematical problems that you need to solve.

And in 2022, we're able to make with operational research, we were able to solve simple problems, I'll say.

And now we can solve techniques, more difficult problems, and we can optimize what we could not optimize before.

So what should they be doing so they're not on that list of easy to eliminate, don't bother hiring? What are the skills they need, and why should they come and work for Cognix and Applet instead of going to somewhere boring like Accenture or Microsoft?
