yeah what's really cool about just monk's catalog is that the music that he wrote was truly timeless so a lot of what our job or our duties are in 2026 or in this modern era are just really trying to figure out the best ways to repackage this these timeless projects and make it more presentable and accessible to like a newer generation.

So a lot of what we're doing is really that process, right? There's a lot of these tunes and whether it's songs or recordings or live performances, all this stuff happened, was recorded before I was even born.

So a lot of it is curating it and thoughtfully releasing it in a way that doesn't oversaturate the market, but also allows our fan base to really build up a larger understanding and just really understanding of who Monk was as a composer and also as a pianist.

A lot of what My research has, I used to hear the stories a lot as a kid about my grandfather being quite eccentric and stuff.

And I'd have to juxtapose that with the stuff that my father would tell me about him being like a family guy.
