Do you have any sense of why that might be in Niagara or what can be done to help young people enter the workforce?

Yeah, so I don't think this is a unique challenge in Niagara.

It's been a national trend for the past couple of decades, just this challenge of youth entering the labor market.

So I think part of what's been happening is we had the pandemic, which just impacted youth engagement in the labor market.

Now we're in a time of a lot of economic uncertainty.

So it's almost the perfect storm of factors that are maybe impacting youth in particular, especially when we're seeing... that core working age demographic moving here, but they're also way more engaged in the labor market than they've been in the past.

So I think the labor market is just way more competitive.

Do you have any like big projects or interesting data collection that you're working on right now that you think people should know more about as we're looking to kind of the future and what our development is going to look like?
